The silence from the office is exhausting but I will not stop calling and emailing until Daniel gets the attention he deserves. They might pretend they have never heard of his case but we are going to keep showing them the truth until they look.

The right thing needs to be done!! His poor children have to live the rest of their lives without a father.
Seems like they have enough evidence for an arrest. They had less evidence when they put the wrong man in jail. I think the 2 woman are withholding information. Tragic.
I am a former mother in law of Jamie Peterson. He is a bonafide psychopath, pathological liar, & criminal with records in CA & WA. His lawyer dad enables him & gets him out of things always. Our daughter is alive today only by GodsGrace. He threatened to kill our entire family & to burn down our home & farm. When news came out a year ago about an innocent man being killed in back of a Spokane Valley bar, I instantly thought & gut instantly felt Jamie finally killed someone. Learning its true is devastating! I have been praying for the family as well as for Joe Riley & family who have been so wronged by false accusation. Gods favor be with you all
I am a retired Public Defender, and am dumbfounded that the prosecutor's office has so far declined to charge
There needs to be justice for this man's murder. Are the prosecutors not charging Peterson because his dad is a lawyer? That shouldn't happen. Please help!!

How our system will allow a lazy prosecutor to call the shots amazes me. Spokane County is a disgrace. This Prosecutor needs to also be held accountable and answer as to why he would choose to not prosecute. I'm quite sure he has prosecuted alot more, for much less. Post his name.
