All for live music free.These people in the bands , mostly do their 40 hour jobs during the week as well as have practises during the week and sometimes or most travel at their own expense .And have children that they are bringing up into music too.Please change the live music laws in Queensland.

No reason why they shouldn't be allowed to, such an iconic part of kings, absolute vibe and would be a shame for it to be taken away from not just coffee cat but the whole town

Imagine New Orleans with our noise restrictions for live music? How that would impact on their tourism as New Orleans is known the world over for its vibrant live music scene, we could be the same!
Where will the next great Rock band come from in Australia if they can't move enough air to excite people as our iconic pub bands used to? Playing on acoustic drum kits with amplifiers, and yet we are so proud of the great Aussie Rock bands we've given the world.
There hasn't been a headlining Rock act for 25 years, we need another INXS, but where would they get their start to be able to play and make the noise of a Rock band? Many thanks for your support of live music!

My daughter is a musician and formally studying music. The amount of times i could not take her to see performances in reasonable hours because of ridiculous laws catering to the rebellious violent few was heartbreaking! Introduce a sensible licensing law to cater for the majority of responsible parents to be able to chaperone our country's budding artists.

As the Mum of the two young talented musicians in hoo8hoo I totally support this. Nambour is also trying to change the requirements with live music, in particular the noise regulations. Maybe you can join forces. Good luck and we will share the petition.

My professional musician husband relies on venues such as this for work. We have bills and a mortgage to pay, music is an important part of coast culture, please don't let us down and the venues that support us!

Original live music in an open family orientated environment can only enhance a tourist destination. Australia needs a more mature approach to social activities that promote growth of our local culture & talent. Legislators need to cut illogical red tape/prohibitive costs to encourage small business. Commonsense, a community necessity!,,

Leave our entertainment industry alone.. Coffee, drinks,music and good vibes with great food is what we get.. Why should someone having a beer change this...our musco's need more places to play not less..

We need places like this, they are the backbone of Australia's music industry, or what is left of it. Without venues to play, bands don't get the exposure, obtain limited numbers of fans, and as a result just fizzle out.
Please make the process less onerous.
