it is so sad when your out having a great lunch and the music has to stop because some one in a house 100 mts away says its too loud, but they have never actually heard any noise , Local muso's must be supported , even nursing homes have piano's

away with profiteering. famous oz music(ians) all started at small venues with no surcharge, family friendly, fun environs. the public have a right to see these up and coming performers.

Live music is an inherent part of the Australian culture. If people don't like the sounds of live music in an area where it is common, then they should holiday in another part of our beautiful country! Let's hear the live music please!!

We played our first ever gig at Coffee Cat and since then have grown and with the help of the team at Coffee Cat, we've been able to expand so many of our musical possibilities. We don't understand who this law change actually benefits. It's horrible to see Australia stripped of cultural diversity. Keep live amplified music in QLD.
