This is a ridiculous state of affairs designed only to ensure public servants have a job. The music culture must have these venues just to survive, and without them there is no Australian music scene in the future.

Why is music becoming a crime? Why does the liquor licensing have so much power over music? How can one complaint stop the enjoyment of hundreds and why can't that one person simply wear ear plugs? Is it just the revenue they are wanting? Lets get music OUT of their hands.

Life is for living, not vegetating. Sick of whinging people - only country in the world that is so intolerant of people enjoying life at realistic levels and realistic hours. I've seen parties shut down at 6pm on a Saturday night where someone was playing an acoustic guitar.
