Please don't take the one thing we all look forward to, please allow the live music and support of local artists to continue !!!

i hope with community support we can make the law makers realise it's a positive thing to gather at great venues and enjoy ourselves.

It's disgusting that a community is forced to pay for the right to express its own culture, its humanity, its song.

The current laws are restricting the options of those supporting local performers

Too many hurdles in Australia, particularly in Queensland, for small businesses to thrive. Please work with us Government, not against us.

Who in their right mind could even propose this? Taking work away from musicians is nothing more than pety. You devote your entire life toward learning one skill that gives you joy not riches and then a man who I doubt has ever felt the pain of blistered fingers or the paycolgical battle to keep going when it all keeps on getting harder decides to just take one of the only stable jobs available to up and coming musicians. If this bill is enacted I may as well shave my head and begin a politcal career

Listening to live music doesn't get any better than at this venue! It's not only supporting our local artists, it creates an amazing atmosphere for all those around in one of the best locations in the world! Please release the red tape in Queensland to enable live music to be played and heard by all!

Agree with petition, law needs to change to encourage cultural activities that contribute to community spirit, not hinder with red tape.

Music brings peace and joy to so many lives. Too many laws! When words fail, music speaks.

Music isn't just entertainment, its an industry. Success here can garner interest overseas, which in turn makes money for Australia. Support our industry! Pokies are supported wholeheartedly, yet they have a major negative impact on peoples lives (fact). Music is overlooked, yet is a powerful tool in society. Aristotle commented on its importance. Lets make it easy and free for all, it is after all one of the arts.
