Please close the gap and help us get this playground repaired. It is a community resource, it is a potential outdoor classroom space. It is unappealing, in bad repair and not ADA compliant. There is a good plan, the community has raised a great deal of $ privately, Especially considering that 60% of kids are on free and reduced lunch. Please close the gap.

We use this playground all the time. Even though we do not attend this particular school. It should be in top shape since it also serves as a community playground for Del Ray in general

Since 2014, parent volunteers have consulted with ACPS facilities and worked to fundraise more than $150,000 to support the planning and construction of a badly needed refurbishment to our playground. Our community is behind us, but we need your help to get the rest of the way there! Please give us the funds to close the gap in our project costs. We can't wait any longer for a safe, accessible place to learn and play.
