This government is a f*cking joke. Not letting people sit outside and drink a cup of tea??! It's not obstructing anything??! Utterly pointless rules and regulations that serve no purpose.

These laws are outdated and no longer serve the growth of Hong Kong. Outdoor seating should be case specific and granted accordingly. Alfresco design & pedestrianisation are two essential community aspects sadly missing in our beloved city. It's time for change.

Time for the FEHD to adjust its regulations and bring them in line with public sentiment. It's also ridiculous that they'll turn a blind-eye to some but prosecute others due to complaints that are personal in nature.

I always enjoy outdoors spaces to socialize, in a city where it is warm 10 months a year. I really hope everyone signs and this place is given the right to let people enjoy what is for everyone: a nice talk and drink with your friends and neighbours!

Hong Kong Govt is not smart with trying to remove outdoor seating. This adds to the charm of the city. They need to support establishments like teakha more. It is an oasis in a very stressful city.
