I never understand this government. PUBLIC SPACE belongs to people, not the government. We need government to make sure Everyone is respecting the public space, bit not destroying any good Human stuff in it. In such dense city, We all need a breath from outside. SHARING public space is an act to compensate our lack of domestic or working space, as well as enhancing communication. I don't see how it harms the alley with tea and green carpet.
