Insurance companies are scummy!

Insurance should never have authority to deny coverage for Dr recommended course of treatment. It is absurd that they have the authority to deny medical treatment.

I know full well the effects insurance have on claim denials for zero legitimate reasons. Its equally sad when it involves someone who can not advocate for themselves such as elderly or non verbal patients.

Doctors should control patients care, not desk jockeys who have not seen the inside of a clinical facility for years!!
