Help Support Barkby Plungers

My golden retriever learned to swim here and I’m so grateful to Dori.

Why after all these years of Dori operating her business these, has not anyone discussed this with her prior to filing a complaint? This business service a need for both families and their pets. Please do not allow one person destroy all the good work zDori has done

Please allow Barkby Plungers to continue. Dori is very passionate about her love of dogs and her business. It is a Friendly, Happy Place for dogs and their owners.

Barkby is a great place to relax with your dog. Please allow them to continue serving dogs and their owners with some fun time.

Please keep Barkby Plungers open!! This is a great asset to the community. I have been there many times with a group of dogs. These guys are too busy swimming and running around to take time out to bark at one another!!

We love Doris Barkby’s place. It’s always peaceful and quiet.

I have been taking my dog to Barkby Plungers for years! It is a great place in the community for dogs to get exercise, play in the water, and socialize with other dogs. Every time I've been there for the Sunday gatherings (which don't happen every Sunday), it's starting to wind down by 5PM. To close this business down would be a disservice to the community.

Do not shut down Barkby Plunger, please..Casey

This is the best place around, so clean and a beautiful area. I drive 2 hours just so my dogs can swim.

Barkby's is the only place local to me that I feel comfortable enough to take my dogs off leash. Dog parks can have unpredictable dogs, and diseases spread easily. At Barkby's, the only dogs there when I reserve space, is mine. Losing Barkby's would be losing an essential part of the community. Dogs bark. It's what they do. Barkby's is already extremely remote. Shutting them down makes no more sense than shutting down a dog park for their noise. There is no way to rent anywhere near Barkby's and not know it exists previously, and with everything going on in the world right now, we really need places like this.

This is one of the only wheelchair accessible locations I can take my dog to swim in a natural body of water. It is safe, clean and wonderful for the community.

Absolutely fabulous place for dogs and people alike. To lose this in the community would be losing a necessity for those who need a place for their dogs to play freely.

PA is quickly becoming an anti dog state. Its ridiculous. This state already has some of the most strict dogs laws. Dont attack our dog sporting businesses too.

Dont see the issue during the day.....

This facility is one of my favorites to rent out and have a great time with the dogs! Always well kept and secure for a stress free experience. We NEED this business.

Barkby plungers is awesome ! My dog had his very first dock diving experience there. We had an amazing time !!!!

Please allow Barkby Plungers to remain hosting healthy fun excersie for or pups!! We are so lucky to have this in York!!
