Daniel is a easy going guy with a good heart. Who has taken care and provided for his family as long as I've know him, about five 5 years now. In that time his mothers health has failed (extreme memory loss) leaving Daniel in charge of managing bills and the other property they rent out, most important his mothers health. Daniel has made mistakes and I am sure he is and will be weighing his actions more in future. The decision you make your honor will effect him deeply. The offense in question is nonviolent in nature and I do not believe Daniel to be a threat or danger to anyone or will he repeat these actions any more. I can only hope that you have mercy in your court and keep his sentence minimal so that he can return to his family as soon as possible.

I understand the gravity of the circumstances and aware of the charges against Daniel Kiros. Daniel is a caring , fun loving, brilliant Individual. I have witnessed Daniel work countless hours working as a server day after day. Then go to tend to his mother who has Alzheimer's Disease I am sure anyone could agree that it can be stressful and overwhelming, coming from both parents with drug abuse and my father who served 7 years in prison I can understand how it can break up a family. Daniel is not a danger to society I could leave him with my 1 year old nephew and not think twice. Daniel cares about the everyone around him. I don't condone with some of the choirs he may or may not made, but Daniel deserves to be with his family and friends and together help him find better alternative choices. I look up to Daniel and admire his hard work and dedication please I hope the person reading this understand how Daniel would put is family and first before himself please reconsider lowering the sentence thank you and God Bless.

Great kid with a huge heart. He made a bad decision and he should be punished, but in no way should he have his future taking away from him. Putting him in prison will not help him become a better citizen, nor will it help his community. Again, Daniel is a kind hearted individual who means only to help others, if he is put in prison it will only destroy him and make him the man we are trying to prevent. Please show compassion for a young man that has made a bad decision and rehabilitate him. He has great potential to become a positive feature in our community.

Daniel is among my son's closest friends. I have known him for more than 5 years. He is an amazing young man who loves deeply, treats others with kindness and compassion, and does a remarkable job being sole provider and caregiver for his mother while facing the horrible adversary known as dementia/Alzheimer's. My own mother lost her battle with Alzheimer's 9 years ago. I was so blessed to have a large family to help. Daniel is not so fortunate and has to provide for his mother on his own. Incarcerating him is unjust and would be disastrous for his mother. The single most important factor in caring for a dementia/Alzheimer's patient is to maintain continuity and routine. Daniel has never posed a threat to any individual or the community at large. It is my prayer and hope that the Court gives careful consideration to this petition and chooses to be merciful and allow Daniel to remain at home with his mother.

I have known Daniel for many years now. He is one of the most kind and genuine people I know. Most of all, we have spoken about the gravity of this situation, which he fully understands. He is eager to put this situation behind him and move forward with his personal growth and life aspirations. There is much that I admire about Daniel, but the thing I admire the most is the way that he treats others. He is such a kind and giving person to all of the individuals that have the pleasure of calling him a friend, myself included. Daniel has been one of the best friends that I have ever had. He's incredibly kind, caring and helpful. I know he helps out his mother and being incarcerated would put a huge strain on her. As long as i have known him (about 5 years) he has never been a threat to anybody. I just hope the court takes all of this in to consideration and allows him to stay home.

Daniel has been a great friend for many years. I trust him maybe more than most in my circle. I've never known him to be anything but courteous and caring. I know that his mother depends on him in her advancing age, and it would place a great undue burden on his family to have him incarcerated. I hope the court shows him mercy and allows for him to remain home where he belongs.
