There are not enough trees in this city, we need more of them to help us live with the increasing levels of pollution from road, rail and air traffic.

rooting for this campaign, especially as these trees are often nested in by local and migratory birds. Also considering the recent spate of unnecessary fellings around Exeter, including the chopping down of trees on the new St Sidwell's point leisure centre development site.

I am shocked at the prospect of these trees being axed and they also home roosts of Wagtails which rely on them at night especially in winter. People love to come and see this wildlife in the city

Not sure what trees they are but would like to see more shelter from the sun either a park like st.thomas or Heavitree or Belmont or a little park or down by the quay etc

The beautiful tree opposite John Lewis is a roosting place for hundreds of wagtails, which are a welcome sight and sound when the nights draw in.
