Help Save the Drews/Liljedahl/Mauch Private Property from Condemnation by Dakota County!

I attended the 2/19 hearing. I propose an addition to the petition or creating a new petition that would boycott use of this park and trail if the county takes these properties from the legal owners!

Please call me 856.384.6760 on NJ Governor Christie's watch our property is stolen in violation of US, NJ Constitutions and our first NJ Supreme Court case Gallenthin v Paulsboro 191 NJ 344 (2007) by corrupt county methods including public records frauds.

This is disgusting. Ever since the Supreme Court's Kelo v. New London ruling, local governments have used eminent domain to take people's private property. In this instance, they're proposing to take it for a frivolous project, most likely at the request of an environmental organization, most likely to turn this property into government land forever.

How can they do this???? I don't understand how this could be legal! Scary stuff

I cannot believe this is happening! The county should be ashamed. You job is to work for the tax payers, not steal from them!

It will cost the tax payers of Minnesota to keep it up.cant they find something else to spend money on?if your going to spend tax dollars make it a long term job. Start something that's going to make money for the state.

Good to the family.nothing is free the government can and will do want they want. Until we stop them.I hope the Judge looks at how he would feel if it was his land.How would the attorneys fell if it was there land.good luck to the family's that own the land.

I understand the government buying out land owners for something like a highway to move goods and services, an oil pipeline, or something important to the state or country. But to take peoples land for a bike trail and park??? That is insane!! We can't trust our government!!!

The property belongs to the owners. There are already a plethora of bike trails that mainly go unused.

Shameful act against the American Taxpayer and landowner rights.

There are enough parks that all the minorities use in this area. Can't people have their own property to enjoy.

If it doesn't effect the health, safety or welfare of the public they have no right to take it. If they want it for other reasons they should belly up to the bar and pay the asking price; if it is for sale. That does not seem to be the case!
