YOU go, Girls! Tell Dakotah county to pound sand! Didn't they take an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution? Well, that means property rights. Kick all of them out of your county board because they do not have your best interest at heart. George Washington said, " Private property and freeom are inseparable." Get involved at your county level, get on committees, and make sure your county comprehensive plan protects property rights. This is the United Nations plan- Agenda 21. Please call me when you can to discuss further, as I have been an activist against UN Agenda 21 for six years now.

This is a travesty. This is just as bad as when the government stole Native land and said it was OK because they had the right.

Instead of tacking there land...use your current park land you already own.Why not build a bike bridge around the lake like a boardwalk. The Dakota County officials are acting no differtant than Nazi Germany.....rember they did the same thing!!

The family was will to allow access for a trail and park area. I do not feel there is sufficient reason for the county to be able to take the remainder of the property. The harbor may or may not be a good idea, but it is excessive and to take a person's property by eminent domain or condemnation for this purpose is unjust.
