Have the private property owners be included as part of the park. Typically private property owners have a financial interest in the land makibng them excellent stewards of the land. They would likely provide good security overssite for the park.

Government is going too far. The park is not a reason to forcibly take away from a family and if they did want it, they should have to pay market value for it IF the family decided to sell it, NOTHING LESS!

I am going through eminent domain procedings now with Anoka County. Sad how when they decide they want it you are left with only 1 recourse. Expensive legal representation, and no guarantee of getting a fair price for what isyours.

US Government and it's entities are not entitled to this family's PRIVATE PROPERTY for a stupid bike path or any other need. What part of PRIVATE PROPERTY do you not understand? DON"T TREAD ON ME!

This Dakota County resident is sickened this is possible! I love to ride my bicycle, but there are plenty of nice areas to ride. This is just stealing!
