There are so many things that are wrong with this whole situation. I hope our courts have the sense to see how unfair this is in the land of the free. I think the family was more than generous in their initial proposal with Dakota County.

Time to vote in all new commissioners for Dakota County! (With the exception of Mike Slavik). They should not be allowed to take private property without consent of the homeowners.

I hope you are allowed to keep your family property. You have tried hard to work with them, but as usual they don't care who they hurt, they just want to show/use there power!! Best of luck to you!!!

Politicans should only be able to serve on term, if they take there property they should also give up their own houses. America is going the way of the British and Russians- too bad.
