Yes, it is still private property, we have owned the property since the late 50s. Yes, we do have a lawyer but it is very hard to fight Dakota county, so that is why we need help. Thanks

this is not right know one should have to give up proprety if they own it and don't wanna sell....that would be crazy!!!

Dakota County Commissioners, You should be ashamed of yourself for stealing the Drews/Sargent/Mauch property. It has been in their family since the 50s. My wife Joni and I were planning on moving in as soon as the remodeling was complete. My wife, Joni, already lost a home to foreclosure last December. She didn't need to lose another home. She is also the Vice President and an AFSCME Activist who sits on the committee that endorses candidates, including County Commissioners. It's not a good idea to upset her with your ridiculous theft of their land! I cannot believe how dishonest the County staff has been for the last two years. It cannot be legal to hide things from landowners!

This deprivation of the lawful property of another is an act of violence initiated by the very entity, the State, which is supposed to preserve the individual rights of the people. This is a violation of Natural Law, and a heinous injustice.

Theft of someones property is never okay
