Violation of the 5th Amendment Just Compensation Clause. They couldn't win there so now they are criminally trying to condemn the property. Unacceptable and an emberassment to Democracy and principles. Condemning land to take for itself is still a violation of the Just Compensation clause of the 5th amendment!!
