We need to stand together and stop the madness of the goverment. It seem at all levels of the goverment they forget it is the tax payers money that at work. It not free money! We the people can not continue to spend like this publicly. In the pirvate sector we actually have to create a product or service that the public would pay for or go banrupt.

The goverment at all levels are out of control. The elected officials are no longer public servants, but are rather career policticians favoring who ever lines their election coffers. Where are the discussions on term limits?

This is truly not fair at all. This is private property. How would any members of Dakota County feel if there property were taken by Eminent Domain or Condemnation??

I like to walk and ride my bike but I think all branches of government are spending way too muchmoney, they don't have building all these paths. Now they even try and force people off their land. What rights do we have left? You could be next!

Big Brother is at it again. Can't have just what they need, they have to be greedy too. Not many people actually use these bike trails anyway. I see them biking down the side of the roads even when there's a trail right next to them. What a joke!!!

my family owned all of south st.paul before ww2 and the government used eminent domain to take it and build highway 52 to transport war time goods and they only payed 1/10 the value it was worth

The government has been conniving land from owners for centuries!!! Go ask any Dakota tribe member of land inquisition practices!!! Oh wait you can't, they were exiled from the the state!!
