Typical government! Take something that actually means something to somebody and turn it into their own little piece of something that benefits them. There are plenty of parks and shorelines in the area for all to enjoy. STOP squashing the dreams and aspirations of those WHO VOTED YOU ASSHOLES INTO OFFICE!

This Park and Path is not a need. It would be a want of a few people to create their fantasy with your Tax Dollars. The money should be spent were it is needed. This is a bad use of Eminent Domain. The Park and Trail is not a Necessity for the community. The Ego of a few can take someones private land? Where does it stop. This country is in serious trouble.
