Dakota County, you have no right to the property. There are other ways that you can go!

I hope this petition is still in effect. I am very sorry to hear that Dakota County is trying to force you off your land. They're basically doing what was done to the natives of this land. Just like the two of you, the natives were willing to share their land - not have it all taken from them. I hope everything works out for you, and if this petition is still in effect, I'll share this page with others.

THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECIDE WHO OWNS WHAT LAND. As a native american, I must spread my views that THE LAND THAT WE LIVE ON IS SACRED AND IT IS OUR RIGHT TO STAY. You cannot even possibly begin to place a monetary amount on MEMORIES and HERITAGE, ESPECIALLY not the PALTRY amounts that they "OFFER" : Which can be explained as "TAKE THIS AMOUNT OF MONEY (Sometimes not even worth half of the house value) OR WE WILL PAY YOU NOTHING AND TAKE IT BACK ANYWAYS"

First, let me say I'm very sorry to hear what's happened to you. I hope and pray you are able to keep your property and that everyone who sees this post, takes very seriously, what I'm about to say.  I have been following the Bundy Ranch situation in NV and through much researched have discovered numerous stories like yours, happening right now and for the last several years, all across America. Unfortunately, you are not alone .. you, and thousands of Americans, are experiencing the devastating effects of "Agenda 21".  As a result of Agenda 21, our government is seizing massive amounts of private property, sometimes by the thousands of acres (90,000 acres from a TX family, 500,000 acres from farmers in LA & Ventura counties, thousands more from a NM family, hundreds and thousands more from ranchers, farmers and private property owners all over the country). Our government is also seizing our water rights, including a bill giving them sole control over our rainwater, where it's now illegal in most states to collect rain, even for drinking! Agenda 21 operates under the "green" mask of "sustainable" development, wilderness/wild lands, smart meters, conservation, environmental, watershed/wetlands development, preservation, nature conservancy, eco-environmental, ICLEI, etc., lobbied and backed by multi-million dollar environmentalist organizations and societies with very deep pockets and powerful political connections. To quote Rosa Koire " the plan calls for governments to take control of all land use and not leave any of the decision making in the hands of private property owners.  It is assumed that people are not good stewards of their land and the government will do a better job if they are in control.  Individual rights in general are to give way to the needs of communities as determined by the governing body. Another program, called the Wildlands Project, spells out how most of the land is to be set aside for non-humans.“   Ever wonder how we were all duped in to

We are fighting our Congresswoman, Judy Chu reagarding a National Recreation Area for our San Gabriel Mountains in California...I am so afraid we will loose control of our water and access to all the natural resources. There is also property rights and she keeps telling us nothing will change. So sorry your families are at the tip of the spear on this fight.
