I have changed my brand of motorcycle to KTM because of the team that worked at KTM Riverside and of the knolage of the workshop team. So now I have to now travel to Hamersdale to have any work done on my KTM 1290 adventure so might as well change to BMW as there will not be a problem with dealers as there is 2 in Durban and very stable brand ,so I have to change excitement for brand loyalty, what a shame

More than good customer service, always made sure my bike was ready to race in an unreasonable timeline i gave them , and every time they did the unthinkable with amazing service and friendly staff, i will support ktm durban and only ktm durban
