Ktm Durban is always there to help and give a hand when needed. Ktm Durban is more than just a shop that sells and do’s repairs, they have built a community…someone you trust and not just there to make money but rather to help others.

I find this shocking. KTM Durban always has a great range of accessories and wonderful customer service. With a top graded workshop. Without KTM Durban a lot of KTM owners would be obligated to move to another brand, as it would be difficult to buy spares etc. and most of us are old school as we like to talk and exchange information with the sales and maintenance team

Good Day KTM SA Management
I am currently the proud owner of 2 x KTMs, having owned 5 different KTMs in my life, all purchased and serviced by Ride KTM Durban. They have offered me excellent back up service levels and continue to do so this day. Steve ,Baron and Tania are very passionate and professional in all that they do with regards to running this business.I am appalled to see what is happening and I foresee another "Bud Light" episode occurring whereby heads will roll , unfortunately too late, once the management team come to their senses, by then, the damage has been done. I challenge you to do the right thing right now.

Really disappointed to see the news.
I have worked with Steven and Baron for KTM Durban and I can honestly say the amount of my old customers/friends that phoned me to say they are not impressed that is happening.
Let's keep them open and let them carry on being a success.

This is very sad news from winning best dealer of the year to getting shoved to a corner. This is unacceptable from KTM to do this as KTM Durban strives for the best and puts a tops class performance for everyone in KZN and KTM in my opinion needs to take a relook at things for the riding community around the area.
