I live down guys farm and it's a death trap getting onto hullbridge road. The worse decision you could make.

Brian is there every morning and afternoon to see us safely across a very busy road , adults as well as children and is always cheery no matter what the weather we would be lost without him xx

A wonderful man. All the children think this too. Always polite and friendly and knows most of the children by name. So many children cross with him he is definitely needed.

Crazy and short sighted decision. This crossing is extremely busy at school times and the safety of parents and children should not be put at risk. If their is a serious accident here, I hope the person in county hall who has made this decision faces the consequences

He is essential there as it is a busy junction at school times, plus buses and coaches use the road frequently , cars park along Hullbridge Road so there is not always a clear view both ways. Also he knows the kids and parents, I remember from being a lolly lady in the eighties that people relied on you being there. Please reverse this decision!!

The way Brian has been treated is nothing short of disgusting. He has been seeing the children across the road at the same school for the last 15 years. He has now been told at the age of 74 if he does NOT move to a new site he will be disiplined and most probably loose his job. He is 74 for gods sake he is now seeing the children across of the road of the children he saw across the road 15 years ago. How bloody heartless is this council, the women who is instigating this obviously thinks that distressing an elderly gentleman who has done his job brilliant for 15 years is a perfectly OK thing to do. Well let's see how she likes this petition against herself and her council

Brian does an immense job at what is an absolutely necessary junction at peak times. This is an astonishingly bad decision and quite frankly we won't allow it to happen. Trust me.
