The unprofessional behaviour and treatment recieved from the runners of this community centre has been absurd and quite frankly shows a blatant repeat of disgraceful discrimination.
There has been interest and a need for this particular event since it began, there are regular attendees and it is of great benefit to many in the community.
The many and various changing reasons given as to why this event should no longer continue there, have been nothing but made up excuses leading to the truth eventually of them personally just not wanting it there.
That is not valid grounds for uprooting a group of people and their plans of providing what the community requires and needs.
As it is a group primarily made up of Africans (who by the way, leave the premesis far cleaner than we receive it each month) we must look at the possibility that this is nothing but racism even involved in a "community" based building.
Whether you like it or not, we are a part of the community and we will not be excluded from any rights or passage to that which is for the people.

We Must keep on standing firm against these people who don't want us to have anything or to Prosper. All other nationals can have their own activities without any hindrance but when it comes to Afrikan/ Caribbean community we have to show that we're integrating? Why can't we be left alone to be ourselves amongst ourselves without people thinking we're plotting something. We need a space to come together to receive & get advice, network, support, help, information on Culture, Health, History, Finance, Nutrition, Fitness, Spiritral, to name but a few the ACM provides. Help & Advice for parents of youths being stopped by police & our Youth's being killed in the streets. Without the ACM and other events like it that providing a very much needed service to the Afrikan/Caribbean Community. There's always some people who'll do anything to provent the progress of the Afrikan: Caribbean Community. We CANNOT LET THESE PEOPLE WIN THIS FIGHT. THIS IS OUR FIGHT TO KEEP WHATS RIGHT FOR OUT COMMUNITY.

Aunt jean culture market as being around for along time it is good for the black community and the children. Aunt jean does fundraising to help the children by teching them dance, drumming and others activities in the community where would the children go after she not permitted to use the hall
what become of the black parent's that reply on aunt jean to help them with their children please awolled Mrs Jean to countine her good work in community by let her use the hall.

Typical, here comes the fascists trying to block our communities progress once again. For now we will sign petitions to be in keeping with the oppressive system bit we will begin using other means if we are continually marginalized I this way.
