I have witnessed first-hand the wonderful impact that these lovely people have had on the local community. Father Jonathan has captured the hearts and imaginations of many children at Barncroft Primary School through his engaging ways of teaching the bible to young children.

Father Johnathan & his family do so much for the local community. This is terrible news. It should be down to the people who put into the church.

A credit to the area and should not be made redundant. The area needs the caring support of these two kind passionate people

Why would you abandon a community? Which is what you are doing by taking away the local vicar and reverend.

These two are two of the loveliest people I have ever met. I don't believe that redundancy can apply to religious figures. I think it's disgusting if I'm brutally honest. Religion is not about money, it's about community and love.

I don’t have a faith but the sense of community that these people create is invaluable to the areas they work within. Isn’t that their purpose? If not what is it? Do they not generate enough income for the church? Is that what the church is about now? Very sad when money/savings/income comes before what we are led to believe the church stands for.
