My mum used to help out at St Albans and regularly made cakes for the church, both she and my dad had their funerals there and I also attended Sunday school there many years ago.

Father jonathon perfomed my wedding ceremony christened both my daughters and 3 out of 4 of my grandchildren not a regular church goer but it feels like a family church

They have served our community well, it will be really sad if they are replaced with new younger vicars that are inexperienced re living and serving on an estate like ours.

I remember farther Johnathan coming in to my school every week he is so kind hearted I would hate to see anything happen to him

Myself and my brothers were all baptised at St Albans church and my son was baptised there too so sad if this happens

We need father Johnathan in our community he dose so much for the adults and the children in leigh park it just wouldnt be the same with out him x

I'm not a religious person at all, but the vicars of these churches do a lot of good for the community, don't make them redundant!
