Too much traffic and negativity affects wildlife.

This area should be left as it is to maintain the beauty and wildlife and not be the site of yet another in-fill development. The lake has been an important part of the ecosystem and must be preserved.

Build somewhere else that doesn't destroy the beauty, wildlife and ecosystem of our greenspace! Also, why would you want to build in a known flood area?

I'm very concerned about impact on our wildlife in Cedar Hills. Continued degradation of open areas to high density housing is NOT a good trend.

How sad that developer $ talks with little opportunity to challenge. I certainly vote (if I could) no to anymore building of kind around our lake.

One of the things that makes our neighborhood nice is the nice park. Adding to that area will change that. This impacts so much. Our home values, the wildlife at the park and surrounding areas, ect ect. I as a homeowner would like to see this not happen.

Green areas are shrinking, wild live is suffering the effects of our ambitions. I stand with my neighbors to prevent this damaging decision.

The natural area around the Commonwealth Lake should be preserved for wildlife. This is the area cherished by the community for enjoying the nature. It should not be destroyed for commercial purposes.

No building should be allowed in the north or southwest of Commonwealth Park. This area is known for high and standing water. It is home to animals that have no other place to go. It will overburden drainage systems .

I am a resident of Cedar Hills, and a frequent visitor to our lake and green spaces, I am opposed to this condo project, as it will degrade the natural space, interfere with wildlife, and ultimately devalue our homes.

We want to stop this development in the Commonwealth Park area. It's not the place for high density housing. It will change the beauty, wildlife, etc. that has been in Cedar Hills and Commonwealth Park for decades! The coyotes have already been pushed into our streets due to excessive development. Traffic will increase. The traffic is already bad enough. It will bring down housing values. Enough is enough. Please build away from a park that is a sanctuary for our neighborhood and other park visitors. It just not worth it!!! If it were 1-2 houses built to blend in with the neighborhood that would be different! Thanks, Victoria Kramer

I think there are plenty of other places to make your development and disrupting the tranquility of the park is a terrible idea.

I watched the lake creek become a lake. I watched the lake turn into a lovely park with lovely homes as a child. I was raised in this neighborhood please stop over developing!!!
