Thursday, May 3 Lawrence County Schools decided to take out ALL Agricultural Classes this coming school year. Which will include students being able to participale in a organization called the Furture Farmers of America (FFA). The participants of these classes and organization would greatly appreciate your support.
I HAVE BEEN SPENDING MY ENTIRE WEEK SENDING LETTERS TO THE SCHOOL BOARD TO DEMAND ANSWERS ABOUT THESE CUTS!! THE STORIES YOU ARE ALL SHARING IN THE COMMENTS ARE ABSOLUTELY TEARING ME APART AND PROVING EXACTLY WHY WE CANNOT LET THIS HAPPEN!!

THE ENERGY BEHIND THIS MOVEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! SEEING SO MANY PEOPLE FIGHTING TO PROTECT OUR AGRICULTURE PROGRAM HAS ME BEYOND EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE OF OUR STUDENTS!!

My son loves this program. It is the only reason he actually wants to go to school in the morning. Keep the Ag department open.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. FFA teaches kids real skills they can use for the rest of their lives. Stop cutting the important stuff.
