I hope you get the grade you deserve. That's so wrong for the professor not to give you full credit for the work that you did. And I hope that the TA gets released... They obviously aren't organiztaionized or capable of their duties.

I've known Sarah for a long time and she deserves a good grade in this class. She should not be penalized for a teacher's lack of proficiency.
It is Syracuse's duty to rectify this issue immediately.
