My cousin doesn't deserve this. It was his first incident they should just give him a break and let him of the hook.

Antonio is a student at my school and has never been the one to start fights or do drugs. He's an awesome trustworthy and honest kid and would never do anything wrong. Good luck!!

I may not have any social relation to this young man or anyone else that knows him but i will sign this because as someone who has been in troubke with the law, i have been given a second chance for which i am grateful. To charge a first time offender with a felony for reasons he could not totally control is wrong. This will affect his entire life forever. Small chance of college, hard to find a job. If his anxiety is that bad he should be given the opportunity for at least probation and expungement upon completion of this and some sort of class or therapy for anxiety. Its wrong that a kid is scared of talking to a police officer. If a judge sees this or hears it, dont ruin a young mans life when he is not even into anything illegal.

Eluding police should not be a Felony. Just a decade ago, it was not considered a Felony. It is abuse by the State to make another Felon out of this young man. Let him have a chance at a fair life without the discrimination that wrongly comes with being branded a felon, especially at such a young age. It is also absurd to charge him as an adult, when he was only 16 at the time of this offense.

consequences yes. Lifelong consequences no. Therefore the felony isn't appropriate.

Please open your hearts and remember he is just a kid that used bad judgement. Would you want someone treating your child like this if they made a mistake???? Seriously think about it.

My prayers are with you during this fight. I've known your family for years. You are an awesome mom and all your children are respectful. If there is anything you need please call me.

I have two sons who have had very little trouble in their lives. I would not want to see any one go through anything like this for a small mistake. Help him instead. He has shown he is very sorry and I think he deserves a chance to prove it. You have a chance to make a good difference in a young mans life. Do it.

This is a first time offender and has never been in trouble before and is a very outstanding young man that made a terrible traffic mistake, I repeat a traffic mistake and should not be labeled as a felonist for the rest of his life! There is other opinions beside destroy his future where he can not change like he is trying to prove he is not right now! Amend the felony charge and do something else when you are capiable of doing without destroying his future! Why throw this young mans future away when you can change it! Please look at the person and the proof of who he really is not just the mistake he made!

This is a young boy being tried as an adult. The young generation doesnt fully develop their minds until approximately 26 years old. Please consider this when making your decision.
