contact the news, this could be a great story on the negligence of Waukesha county and they don't want the publicity.. Its sad that they would destroy a young mans future over a stupid choice, while over come with panick and fear.. I am praying for your family

He has generalized anxiety disorder considering specific trauma due to past incident witnessing a raid from his birth father which involved police with guns so yeah he was scared. He is seeing a psychiatrist for this

This is sad! :( I fear for my kids in their future! I hope the judge sees that destroying a kid's future is not a good idea!

Antonio is a great kid, I believe him and his mom when they say he was scared. Please don't ponish him like they want to.

Punishment is ok but this has gone too far this child needs a chamce to ammend hia wrong not ruin his whole lofe when all this time he has been workingnon overcoming his fears and making amends to the county. Please grant this child his justice and show him he is not apart of a harsh cruel unforgiving world... So that he may grow tonhelp and understand others too someday without further trauma.

Citizens need to stick together n show our justice system that thats exactly what we demand. .. Justice. .. We r a country based on mistakes... I personally have been in a similar position my first time ever in trouble. .. I was railroaded n kept getting in trouble do to my forced conviction. .. All cases are different n should b treated as such.

This is truly sad and horrific! It speaks volumes for the Waukesha D.A.'s office though! How much you want to bet they are punishing Antonio as if he were his father Gabriel Gonzalez!?!?! I've seen plenty of teenage kids (great kids) get punished harshly when their dad or mom have a disturbing wrap sheet!!!! I'll pray for you and your Son and family Tammy, and will try my hardest to make it to the court date!

Antonio made a mistake everybody deserves a second chance in life.i know Antonio since he was a toddler resided in our house for a little bit. All his life he is being a good child and a respectful,smart pre teen. Antonio panicked he is very sorry for what he did. I believe he deserves a second chance in life let him grow into a good citizen not a criminal.

He a good young man every one makes mistakes . My son was a police officer for more than 7 years and switched to the fire department . He left the scene of a crime one time when he was young and was given a second chance this child also needs the same break. A responsible mother of a proud mom

I have know this family for a long time. They are an awesome family. We need to give our youth a second chance in life. We all make mistakes we learn from it.
