I have known Tony and his family for years. He is a truly good kid and does not deserve this at all. He acted as any scared cold would have and no one was hurt. Give him and his future a chance!

This is a young man with a youth's mentality. He would easily become persuaded through the interaction of peers with an adolescents mindset. If the court could find it within their juristiction to rescue a young promising man who has the right to amend bad behavior of a one time action to not affect his entire life then I petition for such a successful outcome. Everyone praises Tony's mother and father for their parenting.

He is 16 with no proofs. Being waived into adult court is an injustice. He should be dealt for what he is, an adolescent. He did wrong and should be treated in juvenile court. If found guilty he would be a felon. Not even close to appropriate.

Surely the time and resources being spent to make this case could be spent on an ACTUAL criminal? Leave the poor boy alone or have him do community service. He's clearly sorry already.

Stop destroying peoples lives. If you want to ruin someone go after the bankers that are destroying our country.

This is a child. A mistake was made. Suspend his drivers license and give the kid a chance at life.

This is just insane! I can't believe that they are trying to ruin Antonio ' s life like this. He definitely doesn't deserve this. He's one of the most responsible, respectable, and overall good teenagers I have known. I hope you will be able to turn it around so he doesn't have to go through all of this.

This is so wrong for the court to make Antonio out to be a criminal that he is not! This kid and I repeat kid made a terrible mistake, a one time mistake! He is not the person the DA is making him out to be! This kid has NO priors, never been in trouble, does not smoke, does not drink, goes to school everday, never skipped, never did or will do drugs, did a drug test to prove it after cop assume he smelt it, works part time after spending all day in school, and after school wrestling practice cause is in varisity wrestling that only excepts the best, gets good grades, one of the mose respected kids that I know not a punk like most of our kids today, loving brother and a memtor to a lot of other youths! What moe can you ask for? He made a mistake and does not need to be treated like a violent criminal cause he was acting like a scared KID which we all have been once in our lifes! How can he give up his rights being charge as adults when he never had those rights because he is a 16 kid and how can he be charged as adults with rights when he is only 16 without those rights cause he is only 16? Double edge sward no matter how you look at it!! He is a kid that is not old enough to have adults right cause he is a KID and underage! Something needs to be change and lets start it right now so they don't do it to any other respectable kid and try to destroy their future! Lets show Antonio and the system we will not allow them to destroy our good kids future!!

Crippling this boy's future with a felony conviction is the antithesis of justice.

Please consider the child behind the crime. Don't turn him into a punk dependent on society.

Convict the real criminals. A lighter charge is fare to say he made a mistake. Dont ruin a young man's future by tagging him with a felony first offense.

Please do not treat this boy as an adult. He was scared and has no priors and no drug use. Use some other case to set an example and try this kid as a juvenile and let him keep being a good student and athlete.

They are looking at the what could have happened aspects but ignoring what didn't happen as well as everything else. I put him in therapy to help him deal with this entire situation and what happened because he was scared then and even more scared now. When he crashed into the fire hydrant, the officer had pulled his gun on him so that just made his fear worse in addition to what initially occurred. I agree with you 100%. I too used DWIs as an example comparison to the courts but yet they are ignoring all other aspects. Only seeing what they want to see:(

If he must be punished (by law) then he should have to do community service. Yes he fled , but if they didn't find anything incrimminating, what's the problem? There are people who have been arrested 10 or more times for DWI and they're not forced into AA or therapy---What's the deal with That?
