When I was in high school, I was IN the car with a friend who did the same thing. The police chased us down the freeway going 100mph. There was no crash, but the panicking of the driver was the same. We do not always make the best decisions as a child because we do not have the same understandings we do as an adult.

I have known Antonio his entire life and he has been a helpful, inspirational boy to every person he meets. He does not deserve to have his life destroyed because of a mistake he made AS A CHILD.

How can this be a felony? This is wrong for our society on so many levels. Fight this! Justice must prevail if we are to believe in our system.
