This petition is to attest that I personally know Mr. Neil Andrew Graves who lives at 974 Sturtevant Hill Road in Winthrop Maine. I know that he is married to Marina Chan Graves, who is in Cambodia. I know they have been in a relationship for several years and yet Marina has been denied a visa that would allow her to come to the U.S. to join Neil and his children. My signature on this petition is to confirm my belief, based on my own personal knowledge, that the marriage between Neil and Marina is based on their love and affection for one another. I know that Neil Graves is a person of good moral character who would not engage in any type of fraudulent activity. He loves his family with all his heart, including his wife. Due to the recent denial of her visa by the US Embassy in Phnom Penh, in lieu of a miracle, Marina will never be able to personally meet her father-in-law, Neil's' father, who is dying from pancreatic cancer. I sincerely hope that our US Embassy established to protect and assist our US citizens abroad will reconsider their decision and grant Marina a visa so this couple can be reunited.
