This petition is to attest that I personally know Mr. Neil Andrew Graves who lives at 974 Sturtevant Hill Road in Winthrop Maine. I know that he is married to Marina Chan Graves, who is in Cambodia. I know they have been in a relationship for several years and yet Marina has been denied a visa that would allow her to come to the U.S. to join Neil and his children. My signature on this petition is to confirm my belief, based on my own personal knowledge, that the marriage between Neil and Marina is based on their love and affection for one another. I know that Neil Graves is a person of good moral character who would not engage in any type of fraudulent activity. He loves his family with all his heart, including his wife. Due to the recent denial of her visa by the US Embassy in Phnom Penh, in lieu of a miracle, Marina will never be able to personally meet her father-in-law, Neil's' father, who is dying from pancreatic cancer. I sincerely hope that our US Embassy established to protect and assist our US citizens abroad will reconsider their decision and grant Marina a visa so this couple can be reunited.

Neil is a consummate professional. We are both pharmacists and I know that he is a kind man who wants nothing more than to have a normal life with his wife Marina and his children.
Neil is a wonderful, caring huaband who I've known for over 30 years. He has a very stable professional career and his father deserves to meet his beautiful daughter in law knowing Neil is happy and family finally together again.
I have known Neil Graves since the early 90s. We worked together for for several years. Then later on I became a daycare provider and cared for his children. Neil is an honest and hardworking man. I honestly believe that he should have his wife by his side.
Neil and his wife have shown that this is a marriage based on love. They have been very patient and done what has been ask thusfar of them, now it is time to move this forward. There may be many cases fraudulent out there, this clearly is not one of them. Please move this forward and expedite in any way possible. Alan
I am looking forward to things being set straight promptly. I have know Neil for 28 years and know personally that he is an honest family man who has patiently been awaiting the legal issues to be settled in order to bring his wife Marina to join him and his children and niece in Winthrop, Maine.
It would be nice for the bride to meet her other family. Especially since her father inlaw is sick. Please let he be with her family.

It is unfair, reprehensible and ludicrous that a visa allowing his wife to join Neil and our welcoming community has been denied. Please reconsider and approve this visa expeditiously.
