Get rid of them.

I was set up by an abusive con artist husband and charges were dropped, but I lived under a rock for 12 years in fear that my mugshot would appear in social media or elsewhere

I have a 15 year old charge that bailbondcity.com has now seo linked to the top search page. It is not only expired but incorrect and has cost me job opportunities.

absolutely ridiculous to actually have any ownership besides the state over these pictures.

One mistake, one victimless misdemeanor, years ago, has ruined my career my life and prospects thank you to my Google search And the extortive websites attached.

These websites have ruined my reputation. I cannot find a job and my relationship with my friends are ruined. The sad part is, I was found innocent of the accusation from the police. This has got to stop. Please of please put a stop to mugshot websites

I was never convicted of a crime as the charges were dismissed. I was put in cuffs only one time in my life, and this site has my mugshot on there for a dismissed case. Then they want me to pay them FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS TO REMOVE MY MUGSHOT?!? This needs to end.

Shameful this is allowed. Extortion! HOW we allow this in the US is beyond me!! HORRIBLE!! I've been lied about and I'm paying the price! Humiliating to say the least!!

The government needs to investigate!!!! How many years has the fbi internet division been "reciving 1000's of complaints"? Its time to find out where the tax pay dollars went.

I believe that there should be a law that these mugshots are removed if the chaRges have been dropped and the record expunged free of charge. There should also be a time limit to expire photos. If an arrest occurred then after a year, these photos should be removed.

I want to join this class action suit.

A website called the-mugshot.website is taking payment to remove people's arrest information, then keeping the information up. They gladly took my money and didn't take down my information in the 24-48 hr window as stated on their website. It's extortion and these guys are parasites.

I wish the government would step in and stop this extortionate practice.

Need a Florida law (that actually gets passed) that eliminates the arrest photograph website extortion business.
