We teach children at a young age that they will be forgiven for a mistake. These websites punish those who make these mistakes repeatedly. The only intent of these sites is to inflict pain and harm on those who have turned their lives and want to contribute to society. Shut them down!

I am horrified and angry that these scam artists are allowed to get away with this, in the state of Florida! Our laws need to change! My daughter has her case sealed & bails bond city is scamming her. I am praying for God to take care of this. Deborah

I am signing this because there are victims who have their record sealed and their mistakes are still online. This is defamation and in a way blackmail. Black mail, because if one doesn't pay their picture remains even though they are found not guilty/record is sealed or expunged.

bailbondcity.com is 100% ransomware requesting payment for removal of mugshots and both public and private information. The owner is a felon and currently has multiple cases in litigation concerning his online scam. The state of Florida is also to blame for allowing this type of business to exist. After contacting the Florida Attorney General, I was shocked to find they have already received 174 complaints regarding this scam artist.

My son who is deceased has mugshot over 10 years old and these companies still want to profit when the picture no longer has any relevance except hurting his children.
