I was arrested in error. The courthouse has since "buried" the mistake and there was no record when I tried expunging the issue. I provided the information to all mugshot websites, and mugshots.com is the only site that has refused to remove my picture.

Mugshots are not Fair and should be outlawed they put your picture online as a Criminal even when the charges get dismissed and you are innocent

Sites like these are extorting money from people. People that were arrested simply because they LOOK like someone else should not be subject to having to pay hundreds of dollars to try to get their name cleared up when they were never tried or found guilty of anything. These sites need to be shut down as extortion.

I contacted Mugshot,com and spoke to a rude disrespectful "man named Derek ". Explaining the burden of proof was theirs as there is no such available proof. He said it is my problem and hung up on me.

My mugshot is posted on mugshots.com even though I was proven innocent. Other sites have taken it down for free, but this one requires a $300 fee. Doesn't seem fair to me.

They post inaccurate records and data.
They have me listed for arrests that never occured. Multiple dates for the same charges, just the charges change slightly so I look like a multiple offender. Whoever owns this can email me. If they cant profit, they will stop. Any service helping them take money is participating in a scheme to defraud as well

I have been trying to get them to take my information down because it base my date of birth in there and I have been seeing that there are a lot more Tamara Pacheco's then there were ten years ago.
