Hi Nancy, I'm wondering if you or someone you know has experience with this problem in Minnesota and would like to talk about my efforts here in the Twin Cities to address this issue? If so, please email me at [email protected]. Thanks, Jonathan

Bring these extortionists down. My girlfriend has lost countless jobs over 15 years for a crime she was exonerated for.

Extortionist thugs, they'll still leave your picture up even when all charges against you have been dropped. They lower themselves to the scum of society that this country has to offer.

This is a horrible but, true part of a flawed system. It needs to stop.

I agree, a person is crucified on social media/the news, before they even talk to a lawyer..

It is invading people(s) privacy especially when the person is found innocent. In the digital age the person(s) photos are easily accessed and it causes undue trauma and embarrassment.

I was innocently charged with assault after being adsaulted by my former cop husband. Prior to that I raised two children had stellar reputation in my career for over 2 decades. To be a victim. Have it nollo prossed andmugshots remain online even with an expungement is incredulous.

Arrests.org is horrible. They allow people to comment anything they want anonymously and defame people's character however they please. This is eventually gonna lead to trouble. This needs to stop.

I live in Nevada, and they posted my arrest record online when all charged were dropped because of a false arrest/mistake, so it should not be on there. I want it to be a federal law with ALL the states making it illegal to post our private lives online. These people that own these mughot websites have RUINED MY ENTIRE LIFE by posting my information on their website.
