These companies have harmed me directly. One company stalked me for more than 5 years and still does today. Tried to take me to court, but fortunately the case was thrown out.

I am undergoing a difficult attorney background check. I have never been arrested but I may lose my job because of false entries on Mugshots.com for RAPE AND MOLESTATION OF A MINOR. The company will not answer nor will they remove the false information. This is fraud and illegal. Please help!

Let's go after newspapers who profit by increasing traffic to there site by posting mug shots. Palm beach post is one of the worst offenders. I have tried to take down a listing and have been taken to court by them. Would be happy to share my story

Not to mention, our court system is innocent until proven guilty... And I have only been convicted of a misdemeanor DUI, and paid a heavy price to correct that problem. The extortion that these web sites perpetuate is unfair and very one sided. I am glad that lefislation has unanimously passed through the Florida senate to outlaw these mugshot websites that will start in 2018.

Stop the legal extortion. Not guilty means not guilty. And many times like mine- charges never should have been filed in the first place due to exculpatory evidence.

This site is ruining lives for many people, even though they were never convicted of any crime, never prosecuted, and with no criminal case. The entire law enforcement and justice system is wrong for ruining lives of many people. They treat everyone as if they are guilty of a heinous crime. All they want is people's money, and it is even more messed up our judicial system tolerates this.

Never have been allowed to be legal to begin with. It is extortion and cyberbullying is their purest form, and the companies that operating legalized cyberbullying scams are not reporters or members in the Press make this only prey on others and believe you will publicly humiliate them then turn around and take theie money on top of it. completely outrageous and Despicable from every angle

Arrest information and mugshots are already available on the law enforcements page, there is no reason that independent sources of media should be allowed to broadcast people's pictures and charges for profit. Half of the time the information isn't accurate and attention is brought to the person's home and family as well. It's nothing more than internet bullying
