I do not agree with humiliating someone by posting their mugshot online to make money. Stop allowing them to charge for removal. Copyright all law enforcement agency websites to make it illegal to get information.

I am right now trying to sue busted newspaper for profiting of my mugshots without my sole permission for presss release.

Kyle David is the guy damaged people life and reputation, just because he wants money. Basically he doesn't care damage others.

Kyle David Grant is a fat disgusting criminal, a true sociopath with no regard to the damage he is doing to people's lives..and it's likely that the majority had their charges dropped and expunged. I'm pretty sure Bailbondcity.com is either run by him or his criminal brother as well. I'm not sure how their extortion websites somehow STILL remain on the internet. Unfortunately US law is behind European internet standards, but I don't think we are too far behind.(one could only hope!) It is however, a shame that Google will not do more to prevent this from happening!! They are more concerned about making a profit and thinking they are supporting freedom of expression, then the reality of the matter is that they are allowing this dirtbag to STILL profit. Even if they aren't asking directly for payment in order to remove the mugshot anymore, they still are profiting from the ad revenue.. and Google is well aware of this and supporting it. Keep contacting your legislators/signing petitions/bringing awareness to this dirtbag business...and eventually these losers will be in jail and their garbage off the internet completely.

They have caused immense grief and mental trauma with their site. Sahar Sarid and the others need to do time for the lives they have tried to destroy for money in their sleazy extortion practices.

This is a privacy issue. Removal is only temporary by the site - then you have to start all over again or pay! What a scam!

I called them and they told me I deserved to be arrested. I tried to ask them if I could send them a copy of the court order and went off on me.

A site called rapsheets.org as my mugshot from an arrest in 2014 for a misdemeanor telephone harassment. If you could believe someone got arrested for that I did. I'm not a sex offender I am not a drug dealer or murderer. I understand protecting the public from criminals and making some of these things public information. But I know people who have DUIs and drug cases and I can't find their pictures on these sites but they have three pictures of me. So they don't target real criminals who would probably just rob somebody or sell drugs to pay their stupid fees. These are people that are already hard on their luck have a tough time finding a job to begin with and these pieces of crap don't make it any easier. Google, Yahoo and Bing should not even support these types of illegal criminal enterprises. The owners of these businesses should be jailed for extortion and their sites shut down end of story.
