The makeup industry, in Idaho, will not last if artists can't freelance. So many clients require services outside of the shop in today's world!

I fully agree that our laws are outdated and it should be legal for an esthetician to do freelance makeup at any location for events with regulations.

The girls are amazing at their craft! many brides like myself rely on these women to come out to our venues so we don't have to travel they make our lives easier, Idaho needs to update their laws we are so out of date when it comes to a lot of things in the beauty industry! I am a hairstylist myself and was never informed on this law there is a lot of fine print! Not only are they supplying a Service they are supplying the convenience of it all and a lot of brides will suffer if not changed!

Everything these days is about convenience. How convenient is it to have to show up to the salon before a wedding, photo shoot or filming? This law is ridiculous and needs to be changed now. It's mostly targeting women in all ways.

As a Cosmetic Beauty Counter Manager, I strongly believe M•N•M should not have State Law Regulations permitting services to clients for the Cosmetic Artistry Free Lance Businesses.
