If they're licensed in the state then where they choose to do business shouldn't matter.

As these women stated, the field of hair and makeup requires us to go out and meet the needs of our clients. With this law, Idaho prevents us from being able to meet those needs as well as offer our clients stress-free and convenient availability of going to them. We all want to follow the law, but we ask that you review this outdated law and see that this would be seriously hurting our income and keep us from doing what we love. Thank you in advance!

These girls are amazing and truly professional in their art. I have seen them grow this business through hard work, devotion, and integrity. They deserve the right to utilize their God given talent wherever it is convenient, especially if it benefits the consumer. Good luck girls.

This is crazy! No one wants to go to the salon or mall on their wedding date to have their makeup done! It not only effects the makeup artists and hair dressers but also the customers! Thought we believed that the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT in Idaho!!!

I am a stylist here in Southern Idaho and weddings are a HUGE part of my business. Along with other services that would require me to work outside of the salon. New Year. New Law! It's time to update Idaho.

This is not a good law to have. So many people can't make to the salon we should allow them to go to us.

You create beauty in a memorable way. I hope this goes through so you can continue your art on the special locations., it means a lot to so many.
