You know how I feel about this. You have heard my arguments. It is time to change the law to reflect the reality of our state.

If businesses or companies can offer or provide services on location, I don't think it is fair for people in the cosmetology industry to not enjoy the same privilege! All for one and one for all !

The State of Idaho shouldn't make licensed professionals practice in a place or establishment if they have clients that want services elsewhere. This should include cosmetology, photography or any other profession that clients wish the professional come to them rather and have the service in a set place.

It is wrong to take away someone's livelihood over a technicality. Change the statute making it illegal to practice cosmetology except in a place or establishment license therefore.

Nearly all professionals are licensed to practice anywhere in the state of Idaho without limitation to fixed locations. Cosmetologists deserve the same.

I would like to see this law changed or a mobile license enacted. There are a lot of opportunities for mobile license. Dog groomers do it!

Makeup artist are needed by photographers to be in the site of their shoots to maintain the models or clients looks throughout the shoot. This law is ridiculous.

They should be allowed to practice where they please. They paid for
Their education/licenses and they're not harming anyone. They're bringing joy to many people.

I feel that they shouldnt have to have a license to only perform there talent in one building. I am planning my wedding and would like for everyone to come to me. Its a big day for me who wants to be going places? Photographers make great money as well and they do sessions out doors at many different locations. I have never used these girls but understand this is the way that they provide for their families and its legal of the talent that they have. Idaho needs to change their laws and look at how this could affect all 3 of their families if they dont change anything.

This is a rediculous law meant to control not provide a safe and sanitary place to get your hair done. Plain and simple and has no place in this state that loves to spout how much freer we are here vs. other states.
