Nadia micro blades my eyebrows at the salon she also works in. I am sure she uses the same care and consideration with off site clients that she uses with me at the salon.

Consumers and professionals have a right to use these services wherever they are needed, for a wedding, a party or a film shoot. It is NOT just a in-salon business anymore.

If this were an entertainment-oriented state, this service would be required to keep celeb images. They providing this service for the average woman and I think it is wonderful.

I believe that this law should be removed from the books. If anything should be regulated by the legislature, it should be the person and their skills, not where they are working.
