Michelle is being sued for using music belonging to a recording label called Ultra in her public tutorial videos. I personally thinks that this is ridiculous, and Ultra is only TAKING ADVANTAGE of her successes. Although they have the right to do so (since they own the music), it's just morally wrong! I think they should've thank her instead for PROMOTING their music! I actually discoverMichelle Pha ed a lot of unknown great musician through Michelle's videos and I'm pretty sure a lot of other viewers felt the same as I do. I have only known about 'Kaskade' (one of the talented musician under Ultra label) through Michelle's video. I purchase the song 'Eye' because I've heard it first from Michelle's video! I'm sure a lot of other people did too! Try and search for the music video on Youtube, see how many comments and likes on that particular comment that's written 'Michelle brought me here'.
