I hope the government starts to treat you and your wife with the dignity and respect that you deserve.

On behalf of the ex-student of Milpera S.H.S., we believe Mojgan should be released and kept in Australia, returned to her husband, as she has not committed a crime or any wrong doing.

I think it is cruel and shameful that this woman was forcibly removed from Brisbane for no sensible reason and taken to Darwin without even the chance to say goodbye to her husband.

I saw Mojgan perform a dance from her culture with other young people from Yeronga SHS. They all spoke with pride and tears about the country they had to leave. We need to welcome these newly arrived young people and learn about their hardship, resilience and determination to make a new life in Australia. Show them our hearts not our fear.

This woman should not be treated as a criminal. She is part of our local Yeronga community. Please allow her to return to Brisbane, be with her husband and complete her studies.

for nearly 25 years I have witnessed the demise of our once wonderful immigration reputation. Why lock up this woman? You cannot deport her so for goodness sake show some basic humanity and kindness and release her to her husbands love and care....and save us tax payers this huge waste of money at the same time.

Imprisoning Mojgan is cruel and unnecessary - indicative of a government and immigration department out of control
