Austria should offer safety for someone who wasn't safe in their own homeland. I hope she's given resisdenance allowance and is able to spend the rest of your lives together.

This is a disgrace and cruel. Please fine compassion and release Mojgan and everyone else in her situation.

Continuous shame and disgust at the Australian governments mistreatment of asylum seekers. Using individuals who have often experienced painful and traumatic pasts where they have fled from as political pawns is evil and barbaric. Free this woman

People are people, regardless of the life or situation they were born into. No one is lesser or more.

What is our nation becoming? I won't support a government that doesn't support basic human rights. Free Mojgan.

I am absolutely disgusted at the way this woman, and all asylum seekers are treated. Mojgan is exactly the kind of person I want living in this wonderful country. They have stopped the boats, so why don't they just free everyone in detention? How many thousands are there? Countries around the world have millions of refugees pouring across their borders and they have to deal with them. We can surely show compassion here in this vast country of ours.

I am ashamed to call myself an Australian these days - our so called government will one day be brought to justice for its actions against human rights

Good grief when will this madness end. I hope that there is not a time we get to a point in this awful situation, there is a feeling of need to all revolt and send these law makers and families to detention. Who will be there to defend them. Will they cry out as so many are now and be denied justice. That time may come as it has in the past. We as humans are in a dis-eased state and can rise out of it. This I am sure.

Please free Milad! What has she done wrong? She had to flee because of sexual abuse and torture in her home country. At last she has found love, security and place to call home. She was also trying to better herself so she could continue to put back into the Australian society. Until she was uprooted, not only put in detention but transferred to Darwin, Away from family, support and loving husband. Why?

Mr Dutton if you would not treat your own daughter like this you have a moral and legal obligation not to treat any other human this way. You are their legal guardian .

Seeking asylum is not a crime but denying asylum is!!

It is not ok to treat people with such little respect. Australia must take a lead and demonstrate human rights to the rest of the world.
