I implore the Australian government to demonstrate that they have a heart and allow this courageous lady to stay. There are no humanitarian grounds for denial.

I think you should be free to live in Australia. I find it terrible what you have been through and I think our laws are discriminatory if they don't recognise gendered and religious violence as a reason to be granted asylum. I hope you can stay and call on our politicians to help you.

It embarrasses and pains me to know that the government which I support through hard work and taxes is failing to protect this promising young woman and subjecting her to indefinite mental torture separating her from her husband and family. Clearly this is within the ministers powers and he should utilise these powers to right this situation before more damage is done.

Mojgan deserves a partner visa. Its irrelevant that she came to Australia by boat. She's married to an Australian and she will contribute to Australia as a tax paying citizen in the years to come.

Wow, sometimes it is such a simple solution - yet Mojgan still has to continue to fight. My goodness we as a society have advocated decency, we have promoted fairness. Our core value as Australian is mateship - clearly Mojgan is "our mate". I am disappointed in our governement - this girl is one of us. I already consider her a fellow Australian - she has endure enough and she has proven her integrity, her loyalty to our country, she has also been an advocate for young school students - no matter how tough life gets - education is everything. Please don't let this girl live three months at a time - let her have a life, a family. Let her live the AUSTRALIAN DREAM....
