Let her out. She has a family in Australia. That is just cruel to keep her locked up.

Mojgan faces a terrible and dangerous set of circumstances if she is returned to Iran. Please allow her to live safely here in Australia with her husband Milad and the community of people who love and care for her in Brisbane. We must show compassion to Mojgan and her husband.

this is probably the worst case of cruelty to a fellow human ,being perpetrated by a bureaucracy without feeling, or basic intelligence. How stupid and thick are they, considering that they are still paying centrelink payments to Australians who have gone to fight for Isis. Most of them on disability payments.Help these decent people get back together and have life, not one of torment that the civil servants of this country seem to relish imposing on innocent people.

http://fleurcom.org/blog/asylum-seekers-news-and-information/ An asylum seeker is a person who has fled their own country and applied for protection as a refugee, and is unable or unwilling to return due to a well-founded fear of being persecuted. The majority of onshore asylum seekers actually arrive in Australia by air with a valid visa. They then apply for onshore protection through Australia’s humanitarian program.

Life in Iran is punishment on its own if you are not part of the elite. Australia you can provide Mojgan a life where she can establish a sense of identity

This young couple must be reunited. It is terribly cruel to keep them separated.

If escaping sexual abuse is not a reason to grant refugee status, I don't know what is! And this young lady is doing everything possible to fit in with 'Australian' ideals, whatever they are supposed to be now.

Shame on you Dutton, shame, shame, shame. You would return a young woman who has fled sexual abuse and torture to detention for no crime, a young woman who is married to an Australian permanent resident, a young woman who is determined to complete her education, you would then forcibly remove her to another state, deliberately separating her from her husband, her friends, her school mates, her teachers, her community. And still you wonder why the world is condemning you and our policies on asylum seekers. #notinmyname

Every day, Australia produces a new, despicable low to its shameful 'Human Rights' record.
